The most incomprehensible ad on tv - can't imagine how the agency sold this idea.

Maybe they were blotto after a SoCo luncheon put on by the agency.

Is there anything worse to drink neat than SoCo? Yuck. All that sugar.

Back in .... 1981 (yes, I'm (relatively, for this forum) old) I went out with some pals and we were drinking Southern Comfort (in Roswell, Ga.) and I got so freaking sick that I've never since that time been able to even think about drinking the same.

Where in Roswell? Have you seen Canton Street recently? It's full of nice restaurants, bars, galleries, etc.

I haven't been back in many years - been at least a decade since last time in Atlanta area. I lived in/on Lake Charles and went to Roswell High and worked at Captain D's next to Shoney's on way to 400. Back when Alpharetta was still redneck and it was red clay roads to Woodstock. I drove my pal Tim Nielsen (drivin n' cryin/kathleen turner overdrive) to music midtown to buy his first bass and was at all the first rehearsals with him and Ray Dafrico (Milton High - along with that older, "cool" guy Pete Buck).

Yikes - I downloaded new browser and guess I didn't have right log in for bluedevil. So it goes.

And did you get through the whole show? I doubt I could. They are fun to catch when they come around, but granted, it's usually free and outside - within walking distannce.

I looked at the lineup and thought "this should be interesting", but it was sloppy, lazy, sluggish, and poorly sung. No, didn't get through it.
